Uniquely, this extensive work incorporates the sources of the halachah – from Shas and the Rishonim through the commentaries on the Shulchan Aruch – in a cogent, concise fashion, offering students a wonderful opportunity to review and sharpen their knowledge and remember everything they’ve learned. Using clear, standard terminology and easy-to-read charts, Ikarei Hashulchan synopsizes the halachah that emerges from the commentaries. This work does students a tremendous service in helping them summarize, review, and sharpen their knowledge of the halachah.
