The first time you order please fill out both the registration and order forms
If you previously registered then please fill out the order form only
After you submit the forms we will email you to clarify any missing details
When the books are ready for shipping we will send you an invoice with the exact amount to be charged for your inspection.
The following day your card will be charged and the Seforim will be shipped that week.
There are no search fees but you must clearly identify the Sefer you want from one of our catalogs on-line
A minimum order is 70 shekels for non-members and 35 shekels for members
We are a book-finding and shopping service - we don't have a store or warehouse

JAP Membership Packages: You get a quicker response and we are able to do our utmost to find the book you need.

If you can't find a certain Sefer please become a member. With personal service we will find exactly what you need.
If you buy Seforim once very two months it pays to become a member.
Please fill out the same registration questionnaire and choose a membership plan.

J.A.P Membership Plan costs only 150 shekels for 6 months or 3 book searches (whichever comes first).

Includes next day response, minimum orders of only 35 shekels, discounts and participation in special sale events,
plus 3 on-line searches per membership period.
If you request continuous renewal the cost is only 100 sh.

J.A.P Subscription Plan costs only 330 shekels For one year.
Includes all of the above plus seven on-line book searches, ordering via free-form email and 1 hour of bibliographic research.
If you request continuous renewal the cost is only 210 sh.

Please state for how long your order is current. Some times it can take up to 60 days to find a Sefer that is out of print. If you do not state a time limit for your order cancellation will not be accepted before 60 days. If there is a delay finding some of the items in your order, after 10 days we may send out what we have found and the remainder will follow when available.
Since we deal with many suppliers, each of which ships directly to you, bear in mind that a single order of books from different catalogs may arrive in several packages. If you request that we collate all your orders into one package there may be a separate pickup charge for each supplier.
Your credit card may be charged twice: once when your order is ready and a few days later for shipping costs.
Members will be notified of renewals at the last email address we have on record. If no membership cancellation message is received your membership will be charged on your credit card for an additional half-year or year at the going membership rate.

Pricing in Publishers Showcase: Pricing policy varies greatly between publishers. Some pricelists are wholesale and some are retail. Some are frequently updated and many are not. In some catalogs we have erased the prices to eliminate confusion. In others we have explained the price structure on that publishers homepage. In general we will get you the Sefer at 10% less than the catalog list price. If there are significant price changes from a pricelist you will be contacted by email for approval before we charge your credit card.
Prices in New books and Notice board: Many of these Seforim are privately published and sold from homes. If the author will deliver to us or drop-ship to you, these Seforim will be sold at the quoted price. If the Sefer is not available in Geula stores or the author does not deliver, pickup charges will apply.
Advance Quotes on books not in catalogs: Pre-quotes on books not found in the catalogs online may invoke a search charge since the process of finding the best supplier with the lowest price is identical to a book-search.
Currency: The default currency for all credit card charges will be Israel Shekels. Daily exchange rates can be viewed at the website of the Bank Of Israel. If for any reason you prefer to be charged in US dollars or if find your bank has applied expensive surcharges for Shekel purchases please inform us so we can submit your future charges in US $.

Default Shipping:

For packages up to 2 kilo standard shipping will be via registered airmail - (allow 14-21 days)
For packages from 2 - 7 kilo standard shipping will be by EMS - Express Mail Service (allow 3-6 days)
For packages over 7 kilo to USA and Canada air freight to Brooklyn with continuation via UPS (allow 2-3 weeks)
For packages over 7 kilo elsewhere standard shipping will be via registered Sea-mail (allow 3 months)
A packing and handling fee of 15 shekels is charged per parcel and 25 shekels for parcels over 10 kilo.
By default we register all shipments. You may choose non-registered mail for convenience or economy but at your own risk.
Please go to the Israel Postal Authority CALCULATOR to figure out your shipping costs. Prior to actual packing and shipping we can supply cost estimates only. UPS, Fedex and DHL shipping are also available but generally are more expensive than EMS.

Note - You can save on Delivery Costs: If you have a relative or friend in Israel who will hold or forward your order - we will send him the books (up to 20 kilo) via post office courier - in Jerusalem for 35 shekels and in other cities for 50 shekels only !

Exchanges and Refunds:

VirtualGeula is responsible to get the item you ordered to the shipper of your choice by the time we promised. We cannot be responsible for mistaken orders on your part or negligence on the part of the shipper beyond our willingness to help you claim for lost or damaged books from each shipper according to his policy.
We can only exchange New Books if you were sent a damaged or incomplete copy and we may be unable to refund the shipping costs if the publisher or distributor will not assume responsibility for books shipped outside of Israel. Refunds when applicable will be paid in Shekels as credit to your credit card or against future purchases. Arrangements for exchanging new books must be made directly between you and the publisher or distributor. Facsimile copies may have missing lines or pages, if these were missing in the original.
All of the Used Books appearing on our website are displayed with pictures and a description for your examination. Please read the description carefully and ask any questions you feel necessary. These books are sold as is, at direct outlet prices, and may not be returned or refunded.

Participation in a sales events will count as one or more of a member's book search units depending on the nature of the Sale. The particular terms for each Sale (minimum purchase, shipping arrangements, refunds etc.) will be explained on that Publisher's homepage on VirtualGeula.

Many prices are estimated and the final price may be up more than anticipated. If the price rise is 15% more than the price we quoted you, we will contact you be email to get your confirmation. All communications will be via email so please respond by email. If we do not receive an answer to a query or a price quote within 48 hours we will assume that the edition or quote we emailed you is OK and we will proceed with your order.
